ezGlobalShop carefully selects its courier partners, working with only the most reputable service providers such as USPS, FEDEX, and DHL.

4. We'll email you a temporary password. Check your email, and copy your temporary password.

Receiving addresses are permanent. You have your exclusive storage ID number on the addresses. In the event of any changes, we will make public announcements in advance.

No, ezGlobalShop's receiving addresses are not P.O. box addresses.

Standard Service applies to one package per air waybill shipment, with standard delivery addresses, and meets all shipping safety requirements; the package must be in ready-to-ship condition.

Consolidation is a process where we take smaller packages and put them together into one, bigger box. Depending on the nature your request, we can consolidate the packages you have selected, which might significantly lower the total shipping cost.

Yes. ezGlobalShop can consolidate all packages (stored in the same logistics center) according to your shipping instructions. ezGlobalShop also offers 30 day free storage, allowing time for all your packages to arrive before being combined.

No. Due to the differences in location and flight schedules, we cannot consolidate packages that are stored in different logistics centers.

When you are not sure what is inside your package (for example if the merchant divides one purchase into multiple packages), ezGlobalShop can open it and take photos for you to check out what is inside the box.

ezGlobalShop does not provide COD forwarding service.

You pay ezGlobalShop in US dollars. Please bear in mind that your bank or credit card company may use a different exchange rate and that exchange rates do vary from day to day.

All credit and debit cards carry a security code number. This number is known to the bank and printed on the card, but is not stored or printed anywhere else. Therefore, it can be used as a check that when you make your purchase you are in physical possession of the card, or have at least seen the card at some time. On most cards, the security code number is the last three digits of the number printed on the back, at the top right of the signature strip. You will be required to enter this additional security number before your transaction can be completed.

There are a few possible reasons why your credit card might have been declined. We recommend contacting your credit card provider by telephone for further information.

We will not be able to release your goods without payment. If your transaction is denied by your card issuer or payment service provider, you will need to contact them directly to arrange for funds to be available (or use another payment card) before submitting a further shipment release request.

You can, but you do not have to notify us of any incoming packages. Once your packages have arrived at our warehouse, you can log into your account and submit your shipment request.

This situation usually indicates that your package was signed for delivery after the logistics center’s operating hours. Your package will be checked in on the next business day; then you will receive a notification of your package arrival.

Your package has been processed based on your shipping instructions when you submitted the order, such as consolidation. ezGlobalShop uses the check-out weight as the final parcel weight; check in weight and other courier weight indications are for your references only.

Your shipment will be processed within 24 hours after you submit the order except for weekends and holidays.

No. Packages attemped to be delivered during the weekend will be delivered again on the next business day.

Yes, ezGlobalShop offers shipment value protection plans.

We use pounds (lbs) as the unit of weight.

The dimensional weight, also known as the volume weight, is a calculation that reflects the density of a package. A less dense item generally occupies more volume in space, in comparison to its actual weight. ezGlobalShop use the dimensional weight standard set by the International Air Transport Association (IATA). This standard is used for all international shipments. To calculate the weight, multiply the carton's dimensions (length x width x height) and divide the cubic inches by the dimensional weight factor of 139 if measured in inches; if measured in centimeters divide by 5,000 for a dimensional weight in kilos.

DIMENSIONAL WEIGHT (Lb) = Length x Width x Height ( IN^3) / 139 ;

DIMENSIONAL WEIGHT (Kg) = Length x Width x Height ( CM^3) / 5000.

Import and export prohibitions and restrictions differ from country to country. You can go to the "Country Guide" page and check the carrier restrictions.

The following products are prohibited by most countries: weapons, imitations of weapons, ammunition, explosives, opium, morphine, heroin, cocaine, other addictive narcotic and psychotropic substances, animals and/or plants and their products carrying dangerous viruses, bacteria and injurious insects, food, medicine and other commodities which are harmful to the health of humans and animals and/or from epidemic infected areas, plus dangerous goods as defined by IATA, such as hazardous liquids, currencies, and toxic chemicals… etc.

Once your goods have arrived at your ezGlobalShop address, you can then either choose to have them prepared for shipping straight away or wait until other purchases have arrived and send them all in the same consolidated shipment. You can log in to your account to check "Order Management" and we will include a link to the shipper's tracking number to enable you to track the status of your order online.

Yes. A tracking number will be provided by ezGlobalShop; you can track the status of a shipment and get detailed shipment information from ezGlobalShop’s website.

Yes. All imported goods and their values must by law be declared to the importing country's customs office. If an item is wrongly described or an inaccurate value is stated, customs authorities may impose penalties and, in serious cases, there might even be criminal charges.

Some countries and territories allow goods below specific values to be imported exempt from duty fees and/or taxes. Please check the destination country's customs regulations for details.

Be aware that if you have consolidated several goods into one shipment, the value of the whole shipment will be assessed for duty and multiple shipments received on the same day may also be assessed as a single shipment.

Yes. ezGlobalShop's carrier partners (USPS, DHL, FEDEX) will provide customs clearance service for you.

No. ezGlobalShop postage cost includes international shipping cost and value-added service fee upon your requests, but does not include the customs duties and taxes.

If customs duties and taxes incur, ezGlobalShop's carrier partners (USPS, DHL, FedEx) will contact you for collection.

SVP covers the actual cash value in respect to loss or physical damage of the contents of the shipment. If you do not obtain the SVP service option, but experienced loss or damage, we will contact the responsible courier for compensation up to USD$100. However, if you add the SVP service option, you may claim the actual declared value of the shipment. Claims may be processed through ezGlobalShop directly with the SVP service option.

SVP (Shipment Value Protection) charge = Insured Value * 1.5%.

Minimum Charge $1, Maximum Insured Value $1000.

If you observe significant damage to the outer packaging upon delivery, such as it looks like it was dropped from the plane (sans parachute), you may reject the severely damaged package and have the carrier return it. Please take a photograph and indicate “Severe Damage, Rejected” on the receipt or the paper you are to sign.
